You may be presented with XMP presets and/or LRT presets. Photoshop ACR CS6 will only import XMP presets.

Note: Our AI presets rely on the most up to date technology from Adobe and will not work with this version.


XMP Import

Mac or Windows

Locate your Adobe Camera Raw Settings folder.

Mac Users: Users>YOUR NAME>Library>Application Support>Adobe>Camera Raw> Settings
Windows Users:  Application Data>Adobe>Camera Raw>Settings OR C: Users-[user name]>AppData>Roaming>Adobe>Camera Raw>Settings

Download the zipped file that begins “LightroomXMP-“.

Unzip the folder and extract the files. Depending on your operating system you may be able to just click into the folder. Copy these .xmp files.

On Windows double click into the folder, select all, copy and paste into a new folder outside the zipped folder.

On Mac simply double click into the zipped folder and Mac should extract the files into a new folder for you. If you downloaded via Safari
the zipped file may be unzipped already.

For organizational purchases it’s best if you can save these unzipped files in a folder together named by collection. For instance, I would
title my folder “LLP-HappyHour” and place all of my Happy Hour Collection presets in that

Locate your Adobe Camera Raw Settings folder as shown above.

Paste your new .xmp files into this folder. Do not paste the folder and do not organize them by folder.

Restart Adobe Photoshop CS6.

Your presets are now ready to use!

You will need to open your image with ACR.

1. Select File->Open As
2. Select “Camera Raw” as the Open As…file type.
